IconX is a private residential advisory based in Brisbane, founded on the conviction that a significant home deserves to be treated as a significant asset. We work with a small number of principals at any one time — guiding the acquisition, holding, and quiet release of property with the kind of care more commonly reserved for art and equity.

We do not chase listings, and we do not measure ourselves by signboards in the ground. Every engagement begins with a written mandate and a strategy developed in private — pricing supported by evidence, marketing dictated by intent, and negotiation sequenced to preserve leverage. The result is fewer compromises and outcomes that hold up under scrutiny.
Discretion as a strategy
For significant residential assets, exposure is rarely the answer. IconX conducts the majority of its transactions off-market, through tightly held networks of qualified principals. Where a public campaign is warranted, it is designed to protect — never erode — the value of the home and the privacy of its owner.
