We may collect your name, contact details, identification documents, financial position, property interests, and any other information you choose to share with us in the course of an engagement.

3. How we use your information

Information is used solely to provide advisory services, present opportunities, complete transactions, comply with our legal obligations, and maintain our long-term client relationships.

4. Disclosure

We do not sell or trade personal information. Disclosure is limited to trusted professionals engaged on your transaction (solicitors, accountants, conveyancers), regulators where required, and counterparties only with your prior consent.

5. Storage and security

Personal information is stored in secure systems within Australia. Access is restricted to authorised personnel bound by confidentiality.

6. Access and correction

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you at any time by writing to enquiries@iconxrealty.com.au.

7. Complaints

If you believe your privacy has not been respected, please contact us in the first instance. Unresolved concerns may be referred to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
