1. Our approach

IconX takes every concern seriously. We aim to resolve complaints promptly, privately, and fairly — in the same spirit in which we conduct every engagement.

2. How to lodge a complaint

In the first instance, please contact the Director in writing with a clear description of the concern, the relevant dates, and any supporting documents:

We will acknowledge your complaint within five business days and aim to provide a substantive response within twenty business days. Where additional time is required, we will keep you informed of progress.

4. External resolution

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to the relevant external body, including:

  • The Office of Fair Trading (Queensland) for matters concerning real estate conduct.
  • The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for privacy-related concerns.
